Situated near Totnes in Devon we currently have an office, shop, warehouse, and cafe that facilitate the running of our online and store retail channels.

Social Media and Marketing Executive
Hours: Permanent, Full Time

Description: Are you creative, passionate about horses and know how to create amazing online content? To help take our online presence to the next level, we are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning business and help to drive our online presence to the next level.
This role is fast paced and will allow an ambitious individual to get involved in graphic design, video creation, organic social media and paid social media. They will be involved in creating engaging blog content, supporting our brand partnerships and working with our influencers and Redpost Riders to bring their stories to life on our digital channels.

Customer Service Assistant
Hours: This is a permanent position of 24-30 hours per week. Days of work to be confirmed, but will include every Saturday.

Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, thorough and determined member of staff to join our office team. In the expansion of our online business we need to fill a role in customer services. We strive to offer outstanding customer experiences, so are looking for candidates who are passionate about what they do and determined to exceed expectations. The role involves working with our existing customer services team to ensure we are handling customer emails, online chats and phone orders to a high standard. The role will also involve the management of orders and tracking of order status to ensure they are sent on time

Sales Assistant
Hours: 35-40 hrs, days to be confirmed but will include a Sunday.
Location: TQ9 6NG
Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, thorough and friendly member of staff to join our retail sales team. You will be working with a team that offer knowledge and advice to customers in an equestrian retail environment. An understanding and interest in horses is necessary in order to offer professional customer service. You will be serving & loading customer vehicles and there is potential to be trained in riding hat, body protector and riding boot fitting.
Job Roles: Assisting customers with purchases in store, Loading feed & bedding into customer vehicle, Operating of stock systems, General shop duties such as stock taking, order management, tidying etc, Telephone operating, Handling of customer orders through telephone and email.

Part Time Shop Assistant
Hours: Sunday 10am to 4pm. Extra hours are offered during busy periods.
Location: TQ9 6NG
Description: Vacancy for Shop Assistant on Sundays. Hours – 10am to 4pm. Must be over 16 years old, and must be fit and able to load feed, hay and bedding. The role includes till service, assisting customers on the shop floor and replenishing/ putting away stock
